Her Royal Highness (H.R.H.)Princess Sirindhorn graciously came to preside over the opening ceremony of the Laboratory Center and Greenhouse Complex and to kindly plant the Nonsee tree (Peltophorum pterocarpum), the KU tree, near the entrance there on December 20th, 1980.

Her Royal Highness (H.R.H.)Princess Chulabhorn graciously came to preside over the opening ceremony of the Agricultural Extension and Training Center on December 16th, 1981 and kindly planted a Kalapapreuk tree there. On that special occasion H.R.H the Princess was humbly and warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Paitoon Ingkasuwan, the then President of Kasetsart University(KU), together with Professor Dr. Krsana Chutima, the then KU Vice President, Associate Professor Phorn Suwan Vajok Kasikit, the Director of KU Office of Agricultural Extension and Training and Assistant Professor Poom Khamkliang, the Deputy Director of KU Office of Agricultural Extension and Training and KU personnel. On the same special occasion H.R.H the Princess graciously went to preside over the opening ceremony of the Agricultural Machinery National Center and kindly planted the Prdudaeng tree there.

On that special occasion H.R.H the Princess was humbly and warmly welcomed by Professor Dr.Kampol Adulvidhya, the then President of Kasetsart University(KU), together with Professor Dr.Boontham Jitanand, the then Director of KU Office of Agricultural Extension and Training and Assistant Professor Chookiat Raksawn, the then Deputy Director of KU Office of Agricultural Extension and Training and KU personnel.

On August 8th, 2001, Her Royal Highness (H.R.H.) Princess Sirindhorn graciously came to plant a double coconut tree at Suansaen Palm Garden on the occasion that H.R.H the Princess led a study trip of the 5th year students of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy(CRMA), Nakhon Nayoke province. On this occasion, H.R.H the Princess was humbly and warmly by His Excellency Ampol Senanarong, the Privy Council member and the then president of KU Council together with Professor Dr. Theera Sutabutr, the then KU President, Associate Professor Dr.Thatchai Saengsingkaew, the then Director of the KU Office of Agricultural Extension and Training and KU.KPS. personnel.
ทรงเปิดงานเกษตรกำแพงแสน ประจำปี ๒๕๕๙ ที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยจัดขึ้นภายใต้คำขวัญ “ตามรอยยุคลบาท เกษตรศาสตร์ กำแพงแสน” ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ ๔ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๙ ในโอกาสนี้ ทรงทอดพระเนตร นิทรรศการด้านการเกษตรของพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุยเดช จัดแสดงพระราชกรณียกิจการด้านการประมง และตลอดจนสิ่งประดิษฐ์คิดค้น โดยอาจารย์ และนิสิตจากคณะต่างๆ ได้แก่นิทรรศการตามรอยพระยุคลบาท การจำรองเลี้ยงปลานิล ตามรอบพ่ออย่างพอเพียง การแสดงปลากัดไตรรงค์ นิทรรศการเรียนรู้ทำกินสร้างอาชีพ แสดงการสร้างอาชีพเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกร ด้านการปลูกพืชน้ำน้อยในนาข้าว ตลาดนัดวิจัย รวบรวมนวัตกรรม และผลงานวิจัย ของวิทยาเขตกำแพงแสนมาจัดแสดง ศูนย์วิจัยข้าวจัดแสดงานวิจัยและการพัฒนาพันธุ์ข้าวที่ทนต่อสภาพแวดล้อมต่างๆ ผักสวนครัวคู่บ้านสืบสานงานอนุรักษ์พันธุ์ผักไทย การจำลองแสดงผักสวนครัวทั่วไป ปลูกผักในกระถาง และผักสวนครัวต่างๆ ที่มีสรรพคุณเป็นสมุนไพรโดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิโรจ อิ่มพิทักษ์ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ อาจารย์ ดร.จงรัก วัชรินทร์รัตน์ รักษาการแทนอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ตฤณ แสงสุวรรณ รักษาการแทนรองอธิการบดีวิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ทหาร ตำรวจ เฝ้ารับเสด็จฯ
On Sunday, December 4th, B.E.2559 on Kasetsart University, Kamphaeng Saen campus (KU.KPS); Her Royal Highness(H.R.H.)Princess Soamsawali, the Princess Mother of the King's First Grandchild, graciously came to officially open the Annual Agricultural Fair for B.E.2559, under the slogan " KU.KPS Follows His Majesty the King Rama IX’s Footprints ". Also on this occasion, the Princess attentively saw the Agricultural Exhibition of His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej on the royal fisheries results together with those innovations and research findings presented by lecturers and students from all KU.KPS’s faculties including the Exhibition of His Majesty the King Rama IX’s Footprints, Simulation of Tilapia Culture, To Sufficiently Follow the Great Father’s Footprints, Tricolor Fighting Fish Show, Exhibition of Learning to Earn a Living and to Build a Career, Exhibition of Building a Career to Increase Income for Farmers—e.g. less-water cropping in rice fields, Market of KU.KPS’s Research Results and Innovations, Rice Research Center’s Exhibition of Research and Development of Rice Varieties Resistant to Various Environments, Vegetable Kitchen Garden for Conservation of Thai Vegetable Varieties, Simulation of Thai Vegetable Kitchen Garden, Growing Vegetables in Pots and Growing Garden-Kitchen Vegetables with Herbal Properties, etc. In this important event, the Princess was humbly and officially welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Viroj Impitak, the President of KU.Council, Dr. Jongrak Watcharinrat, Acting the President of KU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trin Saengsuwan, Acting the Vice-President of KU.KPS, along with various chiefs of local government agencies, military officers and police.
