Asst. Prof. Dr. Anamai Damnet, Ph.D., the Dean of Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Asst. Prof. Dr. Piched Anuragudom (Deputy Dean for Research & Academic Services), Asst. Prof. Dr. Veeramol Vailikhit (Assistant Dean for Research & Academic Services), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Weerachai Phutdhawong presented the machine that produces Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) for distributing Hypochlorous acid based hand sanitizers to the locals. To whom it may interest, please receive hand sanitizers free of charge by contacting directly to Asst. Prof. Dr. Piched Anuragudom (085-9596941) or Asst. Prof. Dr. Veeramol Vailikhit (084-3995070)

The chemical and physical property of Hypochlorous acid or HOCI is a weak acid that naturally formed by white blood cells in mammals for curing and preventing. The acid can contribute to the destruction of bacteria and virus, including bacterial spores. The utilization of Hypochlorous acid has being researched more than 30 years in food industry, waste water treatment, and medical & health care. Moreover, there has been releasing new researches every year, and recently, there was a Hypochlorous acid research about the destruction of bacteria on food processing.

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) with concentration of 200-400 ppm is used for cleaning (floor, bathroom, curtains, table and surface) and destructing of dust and bacteria in the air.

Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) with concentration of 50-100 ppm can be sprayed on skin, face mask (without demolishing the polymers), toys, kitchenware and utensils, etc.
